WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO MY APPOINTMENT?
Initial appointments are used to assess and analyze your needs. To better get to know you and what I can do to help you reach your communication goals, it is helpful if you can give me a brief history of your speech, language and dental development and history of services.
For subsequent sessions, always bring your folder and practice paperwork that you have been asked to complete.
CAN I GET A SAME-DAY APPOINTMENT?
Call me to set up a same day appointment. I may have a cancellation or someone who is flexible to shift their time to meet your same day need.
WILL MY INSURANCE COVER MY VISIT?
Each policy is different as to the requirements that must be met to insure coverage. I am happy to supply you with the necessary documentation your insurance company requests so that you can submit the cost of services for reimbursement. However, I require private payment at the time of service by cash, check or PayPal.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?
I request at least 24 hours notice before your scheduled appointment for cancellation. There may be charges for sessions missed and not cancelled in a timely manner.
